Google Pixel 4 : Camera and screen improvements

Each launch is accompanied by an initial set of bugs and other problems, and the latest phones from Google are no exception.

Shortly after the first reports appeared, Google said: It will release an improvement to this feature, where the new update accompanying the security patch for the month of November provides improvements on the screen to work at a rate of 90 Hertz in more conditions than the current, in addition to improvements to the quality of the camera.

Screen problems were related to reducing phones refresh rate to 60 Hz whenever the brightness of the screen falls below 75 percent for some reason, while the screen maintains the refresh rate 90 Hz if the ambient light is bright enough.

The update notes indicate improvements to the Smooth Display feature for Google Pixel 4 devices, without giving Google any details beyond that, but the screen refresh rate should remain at 90 Hz under more conditions.

Google notes improvements to the important words of its Google Assistant smart voice assistant on Pixel 2 and Pixel 3, while Pixel 3 gets improvements to the sound quality of the bottom speaker, while Pixel 3 and Pixel 3a benefit from additional fixes for some suspended devices during boot.
